Behavioral Health Group (BHG), a leading provider of opioid addiction treatment services. BHG provides detoxification services in a conventional outpatient setting.

The Digital Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that help grow BHG’s brand awareness, credibility and loyalty. This role reports to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of BHG’s digital marketing operations, including website, social media, e-mail, SEO/SEM and digital advertising campaigns.


Duties will include planning, implementing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. This position has an emphasis on the ability to gather, analyze, and use insights from the data-rich digital environment to achieve results. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented, metrics-driven, collaborative, and adept at problem-solving.


Summary of Essential Job Functions


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees, updates and maintains digital presence of the organization, constantly monitoring and tracking to identify/resolve issues and optimize digital efforts. Compiles and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of such strategies.
  • Reports campaign results to management, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, social media best practices, web analytics, and SEO techniques.
  • Oversee and manage the call center operations to ensure prospective patients are quickly connected to provider capacity within 24 hours of inquiry.
  • Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs as well as new marketing strategies and opportunities.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Consults with staff to understand goals and scope of the desired marketing program.
  • Develops and maintains positive business relationships with staff, collaborating effectively with external vendors, IT, sales, research, and other departments to complete projects.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements


Skills and Abilities

  • Thorough understanding of latest trends and technologies in social, email and digital marketing, preferably also knowledgeable in traditional marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, website analytics and HTML.
  • In-depth knowledge of analytic tools and ad serving tools necessary for campaign set-up and reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot, HootSuite, and Google Analytics is required.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and expertise in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Healthcare Call Center experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct and correctly interpret research and web analytics.
  • Ability to implement marketing plans.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite highly desirable.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media or related field required.
  • At least 4-5 years of digital marketing experience with a proven and verifiable record of accomplishments required.
